Our Services. Tokyo Sushi & Korean Bistro delivers Korean BBQ Catering, Korean Short Ribs, Ramen Bowl, Sashimi, Sushi Catering, Tuna Roll. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Tokyo Sushi & Korean Bistro or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
No Warranties. Tokyo Sushi & Korean Bistro disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Tokyo Sushi & Korean Bistro's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Tokyo Sushi & Korean Bistro against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under FL law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in FL for any related dispute.
